If you can do that for Trooper and Highway Patrol, that would be awesome.

Wrong vest to match the gear, Knifes clip should be visible inside the strap. The vest you are using has the Magazine in place of the knife in the gear. Not a huge issue, just pointing it out for ya!

I have done that previously and all it did was change the file size? Went in game still got a green hue, but I will make the correction.

Good job! You should do a Chicago PD skin for this

Change it to A8 then put the texture back in, should get rid of the Green Tint

I always will go from Photoshop to Paint.net to save as A8 then OpenIV and adjust MipMaps, yet still getting that green hue at times. Maybe I am missing a step but think I am doing it right? Appreciate you taking the time to comment, still refining my skills as I am only a few months into this adventure.
