(0 reviews)

1 Screenshot

Hi, this is my first audio file, it is very simple sound for UltimateBackUp any panic button plugin.

This is just a tune that could be used as panic button sound

for installation:
in your GTA 5 main folder, Go to:
plugins >> LSPDFR >> UltimateBackup >> Audio

Remember to Backup the default file, just in case

Thanks to all your comments about this sound.

This is sick! I have actually been looking for this exact one. Only issue I have that is preventing me from using this is the siren in the background when the audio plays, I can already tell that is going to be very annoying. Nonetheless kickass job mate! Would absolutely love to see it without that if at all possible.

I'm so glad that you liked it! and yes I'm aware of the siren sound, but earlier I decided to give it a shot and hear it inside the game, and I can tell the siren sound is inaudible, I know it doesn't make sense and I don't even know how or why.

Please let me know if you can still hear the siren sound in the game, and I'll see what I can do.

So the thing about this sound it that this is the TxDenied tone you'll get that when another radio is keyed up

something like this would be of an apx series handheld panic tone

Ok, what I understand now is that this is not an actual panic button sound, correct ?

its just a denied tone that kicks in when you try to key up the system and someone else is keyed up if the trooper was to hit their panic they would have a 10 second window to speak freely over the radio regardless if someone else was keyed up on the radio. I'm not sure if mobile and handheld are the same tone for panic but I know the "video" I attached in my last comment is a handheld radio panic ill try to do some more research and provide any more info I can to hopefully help.

This is valuable information to know. I have seen many vidoes of offecers pressing panic button and the sounds are not the same, and the sound the video above is common. and used in UB, I still find that one suitable as a panic button sound. your note is appreciated

I believe if you go into Grammar Police and config with the audio, there is a similar radio button sound just like this one. I had used before.

Hey, want to throw in some help. Yes, that's not a panic sound but here is a video with some!

So, when you say you hear many different ones. Yes, but in terms of the radio system in this video which is a trunked system by Motorola. And the handheld are APX series, here are the emergency button sounds that would come out.

Radio Emergency Sent (Officer who pressed emergency radio) https://youtu.be/VVO_GJ03JMo?si=j-YFLA47FBd0ttBn&t=37 (The end sound differs depending on if the radio is encrypted or not. Encrypted radio PTT sound is different from non-encrypted radios. The one in this video is non-encrypted)

Edit: Here is a video of an emergency of an encrypted radio system, notice the end sound (which is the PTT sound) is different ) https://youtu.be/WqU0jHnGvQw?si=qk4MAqX0nRZvxz6c&t=231

Radio Emergency Receive (Other officers radios) https://youtu.be/4941NCSHY_Y?si=St2Xa0GsNGPKwICo&t=16
