  1. its just a denied tone that kicks in when you try to key up the system and someone else is keyed up if the trooper was to hit their panic they would have a 10 second window to speak freely over the radio regardless if someone else was keyed up on the radio. I'm not sure if mobile and handheld are the same tone for panic but I know the "video" I attached in my last comment is a handheld radio panic ill try to do some more research and provide any more info I can to hopefully help.
  2. So the thing about this sound it that this is the TxDenied tone you'll get that when another radio is keyed up something like this would be of an apx series handheld panic tone 1144529199273607270.mp4
