Installation -
Extract the File(s).
Open OpenIV and turn on Edit mode.
Navigate to /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/kennel/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf
Open kennel.ytd
Drag and Drop kennel_sign_1.dds into kennel.ytd
Save.

    Yeah he had a temp that was public on the download that has since been invalid due to its age
