This is my almost finished Brooklyn Park Minnesota CVPI. Lot of people were asking for it, I hope you like it.

Ummm Im not sure if it supposed to look like this...but the Lightbar wig-wags aren't in the middle of the lightbar other than that 4/5

There are none, the only strobes are on the lightbar.

Where can if ind this model? (Link)

Because there is the ELS .ini configuration file you need so that the lights work properly. The template if you want to make your own textures for it. The wft which is the model.... and the wtd which is the textures for the car...
