Added new furniture store near Sandy Shores called "Hofnarr's Furnitorium".
-> This store sells all kinds of furniture from TV's, chairs, shelfs, tables, decoration and so on. Once bought, you have to deliver it to the red marker located near your house. Once you started the game, a new file called "Furniture.xml" will be created inside the LSPDFRExpanded folder. Here you can change prices or add new furniture if you aren't happy with the current selection.

-> This goes hand in hand with the new furniture store. Your bought and delivered furniture will be stored inside your apartment. You can select it via the new menu options from your Entrancedoor. This allows you to place any furniture you bought freely. You can remove any furniture you don't like anymore at any time. If you decide to move houses, all your furniture will reset (you wont get refunded!, but the furniture is quite cheap so it isn't a hard punishment).

-> Each Vehicle that runs on fuel will now properly consume fuel when driving. If no fuel is left in the tank, the engine will stop working. Vehicles can be refueled at any gas station on the map. Note: Police Vehicles can be refueled for free, refueling civilian vehicles costs money.

EnableFuelSystem (default = true) - This will either turn on or off the fuel consumption and any gas stations around the map

Added Thirst and Hunger Overcharge
-> What is Overcharge? Overcharge grants a buff to your total Basic Needs. If you are overcharged, you are becoming way less thirsty/hungry every 10 minutes. However, if you overdo it, the Overcharge system also gives you penalties
-> Thirst: To gain Thirst Overcharge, you have to drink alcoholic beverages. If you overcharge too much, your character becomes drunk with increasing effects the more you drink.
-> Hunger: You (theoretically) gain Hunger Overcharge by eating Cooked Food. If you eat too much, your character will become full and uncomfortable, resulting in a much slower movement and sprinting speed. Theoretically, because cooking itself isn't implement yet.
-> You can get completly rid of Overcharge by either sleeping in the bed inside your apartment or slowly by smoking cigarettes

-> Several properties are now available for sale all throughout San Andreas. You can find them marked by a red house symbol on the map. You can buy those at the nearby Sale Sign that is close to the respective house.

Added BasicNeeds System
-> The BasicNeeds System (Called Wellbeing ingame) adds a Thirst and Hunger system. Every 10min of ingame time, you will loose Thirst and Hunger until the bar reaches zero, which will cause your Character to get a massive debuff to their health. This effect stacks for both bars, so if you are hungry and thirsty at the same time, you will basically be as fragile as glass.
-> To check your current Hunger and Thirst, you can press CTRL + H (Can be changed in the .ini file)
-> The BasicNeeds System can be disabled in the .ini file if you prefer to play without it.
-> Added DriveThru
-> To accomodate for the new Wellbeing, you can now buy food via the Up n' Atom Drive Thru located near Vinewood. There is only a single DriveThru in San Andreas (blame Rockstar not me). The Drive Thru is only accessible in a vehicle, they won't take your order when on foot.
-> Added FastFood restaurants
-> Since there is only one DriveThru in the entire State, several restaurants are now open and happy to take your order. Unlike Convenient Stores, the food you buy is used immediately and can't be stored in the fridge.
-> These restaurants feature a new interior. Once you enter a restaurant, it might take a couple of seconds to load properly. So don't be scared if the blackscreen takes a little longer than usual.

-> Since the Wellbeing system is now implemented, almost all foods and drinks stored in your fridge are now ready to be consumed.

Changed department interior to the Bail Enforcement Office
-> Some people are using modded interiors, LSPDFR itself uses some aspect of the Mission Row PD which I had to block off to avoid confliction and much more. Since Rockstar decided to give us a "proper" department interior with this update, I decided to move the enterable interior to this location. All previous systems has been relocated to this interior instead.

Added enterable interior to all vanilla police stations
-> All police stations can now be entered by stepping inside the red marker infront of the entry and pressing the Interaction Key. The stations are mostly empty as off now but this will be changed nad become more interactable / dynamic in the future.
Added Clock-In system
-> The system is located near the locker room. Step into the red circle to clock in and start earning money. Clock out again to go off duty.
Added Locker Room System
-> In the designated area inside the locker room you can now equip your uniform or change into your civilian clothes. The uniforms itself are the same ones you use with EUP Menu. (Caution: If you don't have EUPMenu installed, the locker system won't show you any selectable outfits / You don't need to have EUPMenu actively running for the locker to work)

Added toggleable dynamic weather and time of day on first loadup
->All weather effects are possible, however snow can only appear from 1. November until last day of January
Shops will now be disabled if you accept a callout
-> Since there isn't a reliable way to check where the callout is happening, shops (and their corresponding sellers) will be disabled while the callout is running to ensure they don't interfere with them
Added multiple new settings:
-> DisableGasStations: This disables the gasstations around the map (Default set to false)
-> RandomizeTimeWeather: This enables the randomized weather and time when you first launch LSPDFR. If this is set to false it will use whatever weather and time GTA saved. (Default set to true)
-> OnlyLoadCharacter: This will only load your saved character, your haircut, tattoos and last clothing. Any other features like clothingshops, stores, gasstations etc. will remain deactivated until the setting is changed again (Default set to false)

-> Convenience stores allow you to buy food, snacks, cigarettes and drinks. Those will later be used for cooking, for your inventory and when inviting friends to your apartment
When creating a new save, Expanded will try to retrieve your current hairstyle, so you no longer end up bald
Added price to the barbershop and the Gasstations

The blip to your house is now slightly blue for better visibility on the map
Removed stock GTA blips for the stores, as Expanded adds its own
Added buying animation when interacting with the Barber and the Clothingshop clerk
The barber will now properly return to their starting position when finishing your haircut instead of despawning
