lots of potential here so keep it up. my only complaints are. the pushbar on the stanier needs to be moved down a bit. the brackets should go just below the grille  and into the bumper vents. I'm also noticing the lightbar and pushbar collisions are missing. Move the city seal above the trim. being its a lore friendly car perhaps go into GTA  humor with the motto? something like "America's Meanest". maybe use the Los Santos seal recolored  gold? that might not be your style tho. keep at it

Almost a whole year later with no news or any new update. That is unless the mod author gave up on this.
