Go to path --> mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and delete folder "szymonex_christmas".

not sure why, did the OIV install, had to adjust the DLC list line, as it did not conform to the other DLC packs (that work just fine) lines (moving it up and tabbing it in correctly)

and did not load in. even before i messed with the DLC list adjustment.

selecting xmas in weather doesnt seem to impact anything either

I loaded it up. The X-Mas decor was there, but the snow was not. Is there a command to enable that? Do I use the weather command? Or do I have to load RPH to get the snow?

You have to add snow in your own way, see guides on the Internet, there are many of them.

still works just fine on the latest version of gta?
