What BHR Does
Improves euphoria reactions to all types of trauma.
Makes peds drop their equipped weapon when shot in the right arm/tazed (Configurable in the ini)
Gets rid of the excessive shaking when peds are tazed, they now more realistically stiffen and fall.
Adds player ragdolling when shot, ~20% chance if enabled, won't happen if you have armor.

Refactored damage handling for both players and AI. Cleaner structure, easier to expand.

Fun Fact
This mod now consists of 80+ of modular Euphoria message classes (shoutout to alexguirre’s parser), and yes, I had to split a 22,000 line file just to stay sane.

- Added weapon type dependent reactions
- Greatly improved taser reaction, peds will now stiffen entirely and fall down, very similar to IRL.
- Headshot reaction rework, peds now stiffen (nervous system reaction) then somewhat quickly slump.
- Neck shot reaction rework, peds will now stagger around for a few seconds before falling down, while occasionally grabbing at their necks.
- Made it so peds will only drop their weapon when shot in the Right arm, instead of any arm.
- Tweaked arm and leg reactions to hopefully be a bit smoother.
- Added randomization to some stiffness values.
- Removed redundant/old code that is no longer needed.
Would you look at that, another rewrite. Fixed the excessive errors, fixed the euphoria logic, fixed player euphoria, and other goods things.
