#3 Go Into Menyoostuff Folder

#4 Open Spooner Folder

#5 Download The Map Mod

#6 Open Zipped Folder from Download

#7 Drag and Drop Drag3.XML File Into The Spooner Folder

#8 Launch GTA 5

#9 Press F8 While In Game Twice

#10 Go To Object Spooner Within The Menyoo Menu

#11 Go To Manage Saved Files

#12 Go To Drag.XML File Hit Enter & Load Placements
