Do you plan on adding weapons like a AR-15 for the carbine rifle? Or a beanbag shotgun for the beanbag shotgun script etc... I already installed it and I enjoy it but just wanted to ask for what you have planned in the future, or how can I add more weapon names myself.

This is something I could certainly do, you'd have to tell me what weapon the beanbag shotgun replaces/uses provide it doesn't add it's own weapon which I assume it doesn't, I don't use it so Im not aware. 👍

Sure the beanbag gun is occupied by the sawn off shotgun I believe and is used by this plugin:

This is a great idea! Thank you for the guide on setting custom weapon names, mods that focus on user-friendliness are always 5/5 in my book!

Waiting for my file to be approved currently but I have just made a icon pack for the weapon wheel that corrosponds with most of the weapons you have put in your mod!

Question.

Is there a way to get all of the weapon names for it, So that way people can replace all of the names?

Assuming you’re speaking of the weapons not included in the help file, yes, you’d just need to find the name for each weapon via various lang files then add them to mine.

Additionally I do plan on adding as many of the in-game weapons to the help file as I can find, providing changing the name for those specific weapons works.

This is really cool I appreciate you making this and adding a help file so that we could create our own. Some of the weapon names won't work and when you replace them they still show as their default names but for the most part they all seemed to work very well in ammunation and in the weapon wheel. Still 11/10 for going the extra mile; Very cool mod.

What do you mean by replace? I haven’t touched GTA in a while so I don’t even remember how or what I put in the help file but it’s possible the weapon name is located in a different lang file if that’s even what the extensions are, don’t remember but if you haven’t already or if I didn’t specify in the help file, search for lang files and look through each one for the name of the weapon your attempting to replace the name for and if you find it elsewhere from the file you edited then just copy and pasta the edited name to the stock one found. Additionally it could be a blocked starting character which is a thing mentioned in the help text.
