    It is actually because of your ELS config. The car is non ELS and uses extras for optional parts of the car. ELS however, uses extras for lights. You will need to disable extras in the ELS config to fix this issue.

This pack includes 10 vehicles from agencies all around the state of San Andreas. All vehicles come with DLSv2 configs, and have a variety of features. For example, you can try out LSPD's newest fleet with automatic DVI park patterns, or try out the multiple traffic advisor modes to better help your scene management. Installation instructions are in the "Readme" text file inside of the download. Please read through it thoroughly before asking for support on things that have already been mentioned inside of it.     They don't use Avengers in the rear window btw. Also, the valor pattern isn't correct, you also need Whelen Vertex's around the bumpers since they use that too. I know its somewhat fictional given its LSPD, but just giving some advice. (You are also missing textures on your console on the inside. The armrest is displaying textures incorrectly.)
