Hey guys!
Here is a Blaine County Police Department pack I have been working on the last month or two. Just a simple setup with a Whelen Edge and some Whelen Raiders, pack has no rambars and is using some Unity spotlights. Please note with the spotlights that they are usually controlled by ELS however on cars where they are part of the door (e.g., the CVPI) they are extralights (toggle with high beams) due to limitations. Without anymore rambling you can join my discord to see WIP projects! Enjoy the pack!

Hey man I'm liking these vehicles your making. They look very good, I love the no rambar look on it. Two things though:

1. With bigger packs like these, can you make an addon version? Yes I can use Albo's Modding but with no working speedometer and hands not aligning with the steering wheel looks weird.

2. Could you include a Blaine County Sheriff livery?

    Hi i have a question can we exepct a DLC.Rpf file? I really dont feel like adding these files in perfect patchday files If you can possibly add that. That'll be cool.

    The livery I am using was provided by a friend so probably not however templates are available and if you want to edit the original livery just export it from OpenIV, put the template on a transparent layer above the livery using something like Paint.net or GIMP and make edits that way.

    I am currently lacking the knowledge to make ADDON vehicles but I can take a look at trying to learn it.

    I'm new to editing liveries and it is very difficult for me to do. I'm also a bit of a lazy b*tch. I know this is a bit rude but, could you possibly ask your friend if they can create a Blaine County Sheriff variation for the vehicles?

    I apologize but no. These liveries were originally Paleto Bay liveries, which OJL then edited themself. I do not even have the files for that livery anymore.

    Just one thing though, the newer impala (police3 replace model) doesn't have those two red/blue lights in the rear window (I think they are whelen raiders). I'm just informing you to check if they are supposed to be that way or you forgot.

    This is intentional, the reason is I couldn't fit them in the grill and I didn't want them in the back but not the front so just went without them. I do appreciate you checking though.

    That is an issure with the dev model by 0taku, not a mistake I made.

    Would probably be changeable as I'd imagine that's just a texture but I don't know the name of it.

    Hey! I personally don't have any others for them, however if you find a livery made for the right base model you can use those. Hopefully the credits are enough to identify it, for example the 2014 Charger is made by KLEO and the CVPI by OfficerUnderwood.

    Defiantly made a mistake with your metas while making it addon, not an issue with the model

    Awesome pack! Love the older Vic and Impala. Wish more people would do early/mid 2000's stuff.

    Ik I haven't asked this... Could you do a blue and blue version of it too?

    I don't have any plans to update this pack, I don't even do ELS anymore.

     

    That being said, it should be easy enough for you to convert to blue and blue yourself. Open the ytd and find the emergency light textures, and using any image editing program such as paint.net just copy the blue textures over the red ones. For the reflections, just change the colours in the ELS xml files.
