I've been listening closely to all your suggestions and so I've added just about everything recommended!

-Added the Option To Replace (Which adds the police cars into traffic and replaces all 'police' related ai vehicles for complete immersion)
-Added the CVPI Slicktop (With High Quality Paid Assets and New Documentation/Credits To Match)

-Fixed Some Super Minor Bugs (like putting hubcaps back on the fpiu2)
