PIA add on for Stop the ped and Compulite MLSGA 08.2.23 File checking update

8.2.23 NO CONTENT UPDATE. I continue to play this add on myself looking for issues with other mods like Beljojo etc compatibility. Mod still functions in my play, with no content related glitches.  I hope to have time to sort out the VISA / Immigrant status check along with HRT and Morning After finding performance.

3.21.23 Period Update
That's right ladies and gentlemen, discussing menstruation or topics related to female body functions is now looking to be a crime in certain places. So in keeping with that here is the PERIOD update.

Adds Citation for Public Discussion or Display of female products or cycle.
This adds a question directly linking to the "why are there tampons here?" in search ped result.
The answer can be funny, or directly incriminating, or following the law and not discussing such a thing!

Adds Citation for Protect the Children.
Anything that would be currently under the conservative view and needing a tag line " what about the children?" or "doing it to protect the children!" would fall under this. IE: The drag laws, or discussion of female < censored by PIA > cycle.

Adds question concerning " why the wrong gender underwear (present or worn) to ped questioning. 

EDITED: Some random new answers to various questioning topics. Removed 'some' of the Easter Egg's and replaced with other things. Like my first name being in some intro's. I didn't remove it from all tho'. A little late to be bothered... To change my name to yours simply go to the folder ( follow install in readme ) and edit the line. Or not. <shrug> Maybe some of you think my first name is Kool. I do. 

PLEASE inform me if you would like a line regarding direct questioning on female < censored by PIA > cycle, as I left it out. It's based on finding tampons, or if a ped has blood seen. ( gunshot, injury, stp observation.. whatever. )

A TON of new answers for peds and traffic stop. Still no custom section. Added many to increase randomness of answers. Most are just weird and not related to anything. Just weird space fill.

Parking. Abandoned Vehicle with 0 fine. Indicates tow on finding. Catch all for cars dumped in the street, or absolute junk you find sitting around where it shouldn't be.
Warning ( if I did not mention before? ) is a zero fine. Purely for RP ticket issue. Under Public Violations.
