Hey quick question and I know I may sound dumb but, Is 9.3 compatible with 8.3? I only ask bcz when I downloaded EUP it said it was 9.3 but it turned out it was actually 8.3

Yeah i believe 8.3 and 9.3.1 are the exact same versions 

Where's the instructions for putting the uniforms in?

Inside the Readme, All the folders are laid out as it is inside the EUP and S&R(SUP in openIV) so all you need to do is go to that directory and drag/drop the files into there.

Do you have the files for just the State Trooper?

Yeah for some reason this pack crashes EUP for me. Removed these files and everything worked fine again.

I've installed everything correctly, including the versions of EUP and SUP as you've listed, but the wardrobe outfits don't work right for me. Are you sure you've listed the right version of EUP?

1. What means LORE?

2. Can this pack work on version 8.3 EUP?

I can only answer first question.
Lore/Lore friendly means, that it only contains stuff from gta 5 world, so no los angeles pd, california highway patrol etc, but los santos pd, los santos highway patrol. This applies to everything. When someone wants only lore friendly vehicles, that person wont download Ford crown vic, but Vapid Stainer, or instead Dodge charger or chevy camaro that person will get bravado buffalo.

Most of the uniforms have incorrect or default textures. All of the SAHP uniforms, most of the BCSO uniforms and a few of the LSPD uniforms are wrong. The only ones that seem to look good and work properly are DFW, LSIA, and Port of Los Santos

The uniforms are not correct for these, unfortunately. Mismatches everywhere

can this work for eup 9.4

With this,my EMS,FD and traffic stop backup,responds with no lights and sirens.

hey, is it possible that you could maybe release a Wardrobe with these uniforms for Female? i'd really like that 🙂
