Welcome to Definitive Callouts! This pack includes some of the most memorable Callouts LSPDFR will ever see!

 

Current and upcoming callouts will include both authentic and cinematic events. From minor traffic incidents up to exploding skyscrapers.

 

Are you tired of Callouts that just cease to exist once they are completed? Many Callouts in this pack feel alive. Shot a suspect during a call? Stick around and you might see the body being picked up after you already left the scene. Drive around the same area and you might spot a police car securing the area later on. The calls will live on in the world. Every action has consequences and the world will reflect this. It will evolve without your input.

Keybinds

Every key used by this pack can be changed in the DefinitiveCallouts.ini settings.

By default the following keys are used:

 

EndCalloutKey=End

DialogKey=Y

InteractionKey=X 

 

Installation:

NOTICE:  RageNativeUI is necessary for the pack to run correctly. Everything you need is included in this download. Follow the installation guide and you should not get any errors/crashes whatsoever.

 

Copy the plugins folder into your main Grand Theft Auto directory (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)

If installed correctly it should look like this: Grand Theft Auto V/plugins/LSPDFR/DefinitiveCallouts.dll

Copy the RAGENativeUI.dll and RAGENativeUI.xml into the main Grand Theft Auto V folder (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)

Menu:

It is heavily suggested that you also install Police Menu. This will further inhance your experience with this pack!

 

Current Callouts:

Broken Vehicle: Drive to the area to find a civilian with a broken down Vehicle

Domestic Disturbance: A neighbor called the cops after a loud argument. Drive to the location and find out if everything is alright.

Barricaded Terrorists: Terrorist have taken hostages inside the FIB tower. Meet with the commanding officer to find a strategy to handle the situation.

Neighbor Dispute: Two neighbors are having a lot argument. Drive to the location and help figure things out.

Assist at Public Event: Meet up with the Head of Security and find out how you can help them.

New Callout - Assist at Public Event:

  • Dispatch has sent you to assist at a Public Movie Event. Meet up with the Head of Security and assist them.

 

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed Ped Mouth moving after finishing the dialogue with no choices

  • Added additional crashfixing to DomesticDisturbance Callout

Overall Changes:

  • Changed the Dialogsystem to a more RPG-Style one:

  • -> The characters will no longer use ingame voices since they became very repetitive and didn't fit their situations. It is now replaced by convincing animations.

  • -> The dialog will now be focused on either the player or the other person, depending on who is speaking right now.

  • -> The player can (if available) asks questions to find out more about the story told in the callout.

  • Minor bugfixes and removing of unneccesary code leftovers

 

Barricaded Terrorists:

  • Added bomb-defused scenario

  • Changed Bomb Timer to 80 seconds and Defuse Timer to 5 seconds:

  • -> The bomb was always supposed to explode in the old version. Since I added a new scenario where the bomb can be defused now, I increased the Bomb Timer. It is still a challenge to fight off the armored suspects in that time (as is intended), but it is now actually possibe to defuse the bomb.

  • Fixed bug that would not delete objects inside the building when the callout was completed.

 

Misc:

  • Added groundwork for another Callout -> Assist at Public Event:

  • -> This Callout is just for internal testing. It will not appear during normal gameplay yet, forcing the Callout will display a Code 4 message.

Callouts:

  • Removed Legacy Callouts. When porting these older callouts to my new project some bugs appeared due to the new structure. Since those callouts could crash alot and don't meet my current standard for this pack I decided to remove them until I can rebuild them from the ground up.

  • Created groundwork for two upcoming Callouts: Welfare Check and Moneytruck Robbery

 

Interactive Menu:

  • Since many players didn't even know this was a thing I decided to release the menu as a standalone version. The menu is no longer required, but heavily suggested to enhance your gameplay. You can find the new menu here. 

  • If you installed the vehicle_spawn.gfx and vehicle_spawn.ytd files earlier, these can now either be deleted or left alone since neither plugins search for that specific name anymore.

but i won't play lspdfr without UB. i'd rather let go this one callout pack because a lot of others doing just great without crashes. i've mentioned this some versions earlier of your pack that i do not have this issue with "regular callouts". strange 'cause they're almost the same incidents on the same locations.

You are pretty much the only person I know of who has frequent crashes so it's not like I could test it myself.

 

I'm of course not telling you to play without UB at all, however to find this bug I need certain things to be done. The part where it crashes, it checks wether UB is installed and active or not, and if it's active, it spawns a NPC based on those UB settings. Since it crashes shortly after you dismissed all UB units it makes me wonder if it's caused because of that.

 

Again, since I don't experience this crash myself, I can't reproduce and try to squash this bug out myself

2. The truck you are able to interact with will give you Health, Armor, an AR and a shotgun. If you have StopThePed installed and the RealisticWeaponSystem enabled, it will override the weapons and take them away again. But the truck itself isn't needed for this Callout, it will just give you Armor and Weapons.

I had a few crashes last night related to this plugin. each time was during the domestic disturbance call. The suspect would let me in the house and after he opened fire on me I would taze and arrest him but when moving him outside the house to take him to jail the game would crash. Is that suspect just not suppose to survive so the game does not know how to handle that?

The plugin teleports the suspect out itself so it might get confused when you are carrying it but that didn't cause a crash.

 

From what I can see the game tried to load a specific model but failed to do so. Maybe some outdated modded vehicle or ped?

maybe that was the issue, when I tazed him he died so I revived him. that might have screwed up his teleport. 

Thsi Callout pack is so good and it really feels like a mission made by Rockstar themselves. Only thing i noticed is that when you fail the Public event callout (The guy blowing himself up) The other NPCS who survived are just standing there altough a bomb exploded beside them. But overall, Great Job!

In my test runs they did run away... let me know if it happens more frequently for you

So today I played the Barricated Terrorists Callout and had really much fun with it. Some things i would suggest are:

-More SWAT Units/FIB Sourrounding the building

-The Building being relocated to the FIB Tower

and It would be cool to see the SWAT Units entering the building with you so you arent completely alone. But you did a great Job overall!

can you make these callouts

-2 gang shooting each other(10 20 gang member, ballas vs vagos etc)(like gangwar). with firearm or just brawl(with bat, knife).(when you arrive, let some members run away, some members can stay)

-officer in felony stop requesting backup(suspect is wanted or OUTSTANDING WARRANT)

-robbery in progress(clothes shops,markets)

-panic button(officers about to die, criminals shooting to them)

-street fight(hobos or normal)

-angry customer(s) attacking to hotdog stand and his owner.(maybe tribute, tax or something, arrest suspects)

Hey @RicyVasco Getting a lot of Code 4s on the Assist at Public Event.  Forcing the callout at a parimeter of 5000 and checked 6 sections of map from Sandy, Paleto, Vinewood, Vespucci, Davis and Zancudo

EDIT: Disregard, I went ahead and installed your update and it seemed to have fixed it.  Wasn't sure if this was a bug or not, did not see it on the bug fixes on update.

hi. I've tried playing the Assist at Public Event with the latest update, but when starting the call it will either say the callout is running but nothing happens, or it will just say code 4.

@RicyVasco The fbi callout is broken, the hostage guy has unlimited health.

Hi,
are there any plans to implement also Plgunis, like Stop The Ped, CompuLite, etc. even if u have ur own script (Police Menu) for things like that?
Anyways i'm excited for upcoming callouts, really like the POV-conversation-style and that the callouts are various.
So keep up the good work ^^

I was playing barricaded suspect and then after I kill the guy who has a hostage. The other side didn't Unlocked. How am I supposed to fix it. Game Version 3570

Hey man, I just tried your callout pack, but when i finishing loading plugins, it gives me a weird chemical jar and stuck in my hand, do you know how to fix it?

I dont believe I spawn a jar in any of my callouts, atleast not when just loading into the game without accepting any callouts 🤔

This update was mostly just making it compatible with more modern versions. Ill look into the bug and see what's going on

I just played the updated one. The bug still isn't fixed and I forgot to say last time and this time that the hostage just stuck in that animation and wouldn't move or leave the building. So I couldn't unlock the other side(the side with bomb disarming).

Are you shooting the Hostagetaker with a normal gun? Stun gun? Addon gun?
