Liberty University Police Department (LUPD):

The Liberty University Police Department (LUPD) operated mainly in the varsity heights area.  The department also travels with the LU sports and competitive activities teams.

The LUPD serves the LU campus but is also charged with serving ground within 3 blocks in all directions.  Though the LUPD is a campus police department, the police officers are certified public safety officers and respond to medical calls in the area, pursuits, acts of violence, and any call that may have an effect on the campus or that has the potential of moving towards the campus.  LUPD officers have state-wide jurisdiction due to their their public safety officer certifications.

LUPD uses their own dispatching system that can be crossed with the Northwood Police Department (NWPD) and the Algonquin Police Department (APD).  The LUPD officers use two digit callsigns and generic radio codes (California style).

These models are definitely from my Toronto PD pack 🙂
