Installation : 

First, Download the model from ObsidianGames (DON'T FORGET THE ELS FILE + DON'T NEED TO INSTALL THE PED):
   https://fr.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/els-bmw-1200rt-gendarmerie-tenue

Install the model in OpenIV :
        D:\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Then, when the model is installed, replace policeb.ytd by my texture
