Personally I couldn't play with these callouts. The Gang Activity wouldn't pop and the car for the armed individuals would stay stationary... Did that only happen to me?

First not entirely sure why your using that dll because that's got nothing to do with configuring the callout. I highly recommend checking out Criminal Justice's YouTube channel and watching how to build a working LSPDFR setup. He walks you through everything step by step. Hope this helps.
