I've been playing with FHP in game for a week or so, switching states here and there, I noticed rabbit released this 21 explorer with a template, so I said what the hell, I'll make a livery haha. Hope you all enjoy, more livery's for this model coming soon. comment below your state if you would like a livery.

    I think I may have overlooked it then because I see the WV but not the VA one. Could you link it for me please? Once again you do great work! Are you willing to make custom cities for a price?
