Modulator Federal Signal Vama AS-420 jest używany Ratownictwo Medyczne. Modyfikacja dodaje modulator z 3 modulacjami i poganiaczem (hornem) oraz tzw. fiammy, które można używać niezależnie na każdej modulacji, w pliku znajduje się instrukcja, jak zmodyfikować plik ELS (.xml), aby mieć fiammy pod przyciskiem 6, czyli jako auxilary siren.

This modification contains the siren Federal Signal Vama AS-420, which is used in polish ambulances. The siren has 3 tones + airhorn and dual tone horn (fiamm), which can be used as auxilary siren (6 in the ELS). Everything is explained in the instruction.
