So I tried the addon and they contain liveries but the replacement slicktop Tahoe (police4) does not. Is there anyway to have it on the replacement one since I only want that slicktop Tahoe in ghost/blue?

yeah, open the add on pack, and open the ytd of the slicktop tahoe, drag “tahoe_sign_1-3” to desktop, then open the replace which is police 4 and drag them in

I did it (and also noticed the police4 ytd already had tahoe_sign_1/2/3) but I still replaced it from the addon and still doesn't show up. Does it have to do with carvariations or vehicle meta? (I have no experience with this but I did notice the addon DLC does have those files).

This pack is absolutely amazing, any chance that you will make the Wrap around part of the push bar an toggleable extra in the future?

Addon packs are meant to be extra vehicle spaces within the game, so they do not have to override any default and/or modded vehicle you have in the basic "Police SHeriff slots". if you choose to replace, it will replace the default gta vehicles with the modded version. Simplair version is, you will see replaced vehicles driving around the map, you wont see added vehicles if that makes sence.

Ok I change all my vehicles to add on using Albos DLC for both cars I add and cars I replace I just never understood if there was another reason cars was labled Add On or Replace like if something in the meta was diiferent or something. This is a good looking pack I have downloaded it Im currently rebuilding my game from new install and will be using these if the files arent to large. I also seen talk of Non-ELS if so could you make them all Blues, lol its a pain in hte ass trying to figure out which siren colors to change to make them all blue

Without knowing exactly how you're set up, I can't really answer this accurately.

If you're naming them any of the ingame vehicle names, like Police, or Sheriff, then you're replacing assets. Replacing the in game cars with new models is exactly what I use the Modding DLC for as well.

Addon vehicles  do not replace in game vehicles, but instead are independent assets. Like when Rockstar adds a new vehicle to the game. This can be done using the Modding DLC, and adding entries to the vehicle.meta and carvaritation.meta files or you can create your own independent DLC packs, like I believe arrexx has now done with this download, and how a lot of other devs do things. As an example, for my game, I have a separate DLC folder created for each of the 13 PDs I have set up, as well as for fire/EMS vehicles, unmarked vehicles, helicopters, and special purpose stuff. You make vehicle meta and carvariation entries for whatever cars you want (I name mine like SAHPCharger, PBPDCVPI. and so on

In this image, you can see the inside of my mods folder, and these separate DLC packs. My YT channel has a video for creating DLC packs, but I also learned that there is actually a DLC pack creator on GTA V mods, which you could sue, but editing of the vehicle meta and carvariation meta would still be required.

I using the modding DLC from Albo, I install all my vehicles there only because I read that adding alot of extra DLC isnt good performance wise IDK, I just wasnt sure if there was a difference in veh meta or something from AddOn or Replace thats all. Ive been adding them for years with no issue I just see people all the time asking to be made one way or the other and couldnt understand what the hell they were talking about or what the difference was

This mod replace is amazing! Easily the best looking Sheriff pack I have ever seen! Sadly the gauges do not work for both the Taurus and the Tahoe as they are all messed up.

Love the pack! Only minor complaint I have is that the visor lights on the unmarked vehicles, seem a bit smaller than anticipated. Otherwise I think it's awesome!

This pack is honestly a 10 quality, but I give it a 9/10 only because the FPIS sounds like a V8 muscle car which is disappointing
