Yeah so I made this pack originally NON ELS (which is still in my discord)...

A: Sure, don't upload the model itself though.

Check the "Inside the files" section, they are in separate folders in the "models" folder so you can see the list there.

you drag the models you want into this directory:

\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Then you drag the ELS/VCF files into your ELS folder

First off amazing package! I do have one issue thought, and that is the challenger and explorer's top light bar is not working. I noticed you had a file in the VCF's file that say " works on everything" but the file is missing. I'd greatly appreciate if you could help me out with that, THANKS IN ADVACNCE.

Old pack man. Not currently being updated. I am planning a releasing a full 2025 Texas DPS pack non els and ELS soon. I'll see if i can get the VCF
