This Explorer is based off Nebraska's highway patrol. Just the livery at least because I like the livery and felt why not put it on this car. Anyways This explorer has multiple lighting stages. The lighting in the back of the lighter bar are amber lights until you turn the lights on to stage 3 then they turn off. You are more than welcome to make your own lighting pattern in the ELS File. Let me know how it turns out. Thanks!!
