Features

These configurations will allow you to move to the new version of San Andreas as a first responder when using the Policing Redefined plugin. A multitude of jurisdictions, units and uniform presets that are as close as possible to the appearance of a California agency are waiting for you. Boring, repetitive basic PEDs or incorrect jurisdictions will no longer be a problem!

 

Two versions are available. The decision you choose is yours!

  1. lore addon vehicles - already configured add-on vehicles ready to play. Of course, everything is lore friendly. REQUIRES installation of additional add-ons!

  2. default vehicles - set basic vehicles for each unit. It does not require installing any additional add-ons. It is recommended to configure your own configuration to suit your needs. If you don't know how to do it, you can find a configuration editing guide on my Discord Server.

Requirements

EUP Ultimate Backup Configurations require EUP 9.10 (9.7, 9.8, 9.9).

You can only get these versions on EUP's Patreon.

The list of required scripts and add-ons can be found in the Requirements.txt file in the zip archive.

    Sounds great! I'll see if I can integrate it and other mods for my own personal use but I would definitely love to see it in a future update.

    You are using the wrong version of the EUP. Next time, I ask you to read the entire description carefully and think about it, e.g. do you have the right staff. Somewhere above in the comments you have how to remove masks. 👍

    I may potentially be quite late in saying this but...

    (THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE USUAL VERSION OF EUP 8.2, RATHER THAN EUP v9.3, THE ONE YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO WORK WITH THIS PACKAGE.

    If you still have the Masks but don't want them...

     

    BEFORE DOING ANYTHING, JUST CREATE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL DefaultRegions.xml + CustomRegions.xml AND STORE IT SOMEWHERE SAFE:

     

    Now you've done that, go ahead and go to Grand Theft Auto V > Plugins > LSPDFR > Ultimate Backup > DefaultRegions.xml

     

    Find and Replace:

     

    comp_beard="102"

     

    comp_beard="108",

     

    comp_beard="91"

     

    (Replace) With this instead:

     

    comp_beard="0"

     

    Do the exact same in CustomRegions.xml located at the same location if need be.

     

    So essentially just change all the Comp_Beard section numbers to have the number "0" instead of their original numbers.

     

    This is best done with Notepad++ as you can use L-CTRL+F to find & replace the necessary fields, just proceed with caution and be careful not to change anything else.  DON'T FORGET TO SAVE IT!

     

    Quicknote: This will not fix all the issues with not having Version 9.3 of EUP (It's a Pateron Only Version atm) however, it will fix the issues with Backup Officers running around with giant BIGNESS Masks across their faces XDDDD

    It's all good.  I just thought lspdfr.com had the ability you could have just put an updated one on top of the download like they do the callouts or other plugins.  Didn't realize they took out the ability to just add an extra update.

    It is, overall, an amazing config. The only thing I can really think of that is missing is more special unit types: so many outfits to make use of.

    How can I make the same shoulder radio with a wire as in the screenshots?

    Just discovered this issue. With the new SAMS ambulance dispatching occasionally, at least during winter one of the outfits (I think female pullover, maybe male as well) has a messed up outfit. From what I recall, the pants, hat, and belt are wrong.

     

    Extra feedback! Would like to see option to request security and search and rescue heli that can pick people up.

    Like I've said previously, a wonderful and much needed config.

    Good stuff, was able to replace with notepad++ in about 15 seconds.

    Just figured out there is some error in the file. I'm working on fixing this.
