1. go to your GTA directory, and drag and drop the file called NCSHP into 

 

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

 

use file explorer for step 1, NOT OPEN IV

 

2. using openIV add

 

        <Item>dlcpacks:/NCSHP/</Item>

 

above     </Paths>

 

in the dlclist.xml located at G:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\A\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

 

3. also make sure you install the ELS xmls, and this or it won't work properly!

What's New in Version 3.0

Released

With the release of this update, I am finally satisfied with the accuracy of lighting, especially when it comes to traffic advisors. 

 

Additions:

 

- SHP-1950: Reserve Charger with a Whelen Liberty I 

 

- Traffic Advisor Stage for all Chargers (See file in download called "How to Use TA", LSPDFR is REQUIRED!)

 

- XLP (visor bar) flash pattern on slicktops, unmarked vehicles, and K9 vehicles is now 100% accurate

 

-Brakelights on SHP-522 Lightbar

starting off from the vehicles they look nice but one thing i notice was multiple vehicles that were the same but were either sliktop/lighbar or diffrent texture on them, if you were to have another file for the slicktop version and non slicktop or all that have both then sure. but with the same vehicles but different textures to me thats kinda weird, i guess you could've put the texture on the same vehicle, and allowed it to randomize textures, or it was just the program you were using if you catch my drift.

Cars are amazing, ive just got one problem the slicktop charger ( SHP1410 ) is wayyyy too fast  any way you can change that?????

you can change the handlig id for it to buffalo or police 2 in the vehicles meta

    Needy does not get you anywhere, also this doesn't seem to be FiveM compatible. I'll be downloading this and changing it to non-els, i have reasons why i don't use ELS anymore.

    I was just in North Carolina and the resemblance is amazing. They look identical. I also seen an unmarked blue charger making a traffic stop. The car was fantastic looking. Great job on this pack.

    Can someone please help me? I'm stuck being that this is my 1st install. I've added the NCSHP folder to my mods folder and all. I'm stuck at the part of OPEN IV. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do in there and cant find a video of someone showing exactly what to do. Also, I've downloaded the 'Liveries' file. Do I do anything with that? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Where is the Vehicles Meta Data in files? I've installed everything as the tutorials have shown but I see no Vehicle Meta Data & it's not working for me. Is it because of that?

    NCHP Only uses blue. It looks bad with red, trust me. Also just edit the ELS
