Open up OpenIV

1. mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks >*YOUR PATCHDAY* > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

2. Open the .ytd file for that vehicle using OpenIV Make sure edit mode is on

3. Scroll down until you find chgr_sign_1 then click replace, find where you saved the new chgr_sign_1 and double click. Once replaced hit save.

4. Open the game
