Basic retexture based off an image i found the internet, not much, but yeah, looks good IMO

now, go to eup_component_peds.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood 

shoulder mic+axon body 3 is task_003, so its texture would be task_diff_003_a_uni
axon body 3 is task_001, so texture would be task_diff_001_a_uni

now, ill give you an example, replacing the shoulder mic+ axon body 3 would go as:
enable edit mode
double clicking on task_diff_003_a_uni.
now take my file and drag and drop, then save

done

@Adam N.I tried to kind of edit the pattern(aka the red lights around the middle) to a brighter red and it would just look awful in game
I believe you would need the model itself and edit the light brightness, if this is what you meant
