It is a DLC pack yes, but DLC pack doesn’t have to be an add-on. It can be either. 
 

The reason I made this a DLC is to simplify installation since it uses custom carcols and carvariations, and it is very tedious and error prone to manual modify them. Most other cars don’t require these. There is no reason for me to lie to you, try it yourself.

However if you prefer the manual way (which I see really no reason to), you can always extract the files with OpenIV and do it yourself.

ok sweet i wasn't  aware you could do that....the only way i do it is the manual way i just prefer that way of installing my cars don't take it as was

All good. If you think about it, the patchday’s are DLCs too and yet you are replacing cars in them. My DLC is no different. 😄

Does anyone has the issue where the tail light is yellow-ish bright orange?

The talilight looks a bit orange in real life too from what I can see.

It is very yellow in day light when there are fog or rain, not too big of an issue. I asked just in case I might have messed up installing.

No problem. I will double check. Are you using any graphic mods?

I'm using VisualV, and edited the some brightness myself as the default VisualV setting comes with very dim tail light and head light. I don't know if that would be affecting it, but all other addon cars are fine. Thanks again!

I just saw you added a new image and it indeed look too yellow to me. I will see what I can do about it!

Mate this is awesome! Very good job. Will you also make Crown Victoria, Explorer, Tahoe, FPIS? It would be awesome if you make with LAPD, LASD skins.

Thank you! I am working on a LAPD FPIS pack at the moment. I am not planning to make FPIUs because Cj24 already has an amazing pack that's in progress. I'm also not planning to make a LAPD Tahoe but would possibly consider a CVPI some point in the future.

I don't think it's a good idea to include LASD skin in a LAPD vehicle, because it's supposed to be accurate. Though, you're always welcome to make your own.

Edit: I might actually make some LASD vehicles in the future, but don't hold me to it. 🙂

You are 100% right, because LASD and LAPD vehicles has some differents

How did you install the vehicle? It should have correct paint colors as long as the carvariations file is installed.

Yep i edited the carvariation files 

Edit: I fixed it , it was actually one wrong number in the carvar file. Superb model btw

Why am I just finding this right now? lol definitely will be in my next episode 🤙 Let me know if you ever make other LAPD cars 

I wasn't able to equip the rambar earlier today so I decided to test some things and I found out that if you use menyoo and you equip extra:10 the rambar won't show and then I decided to use simple trainer and ragepluginhook to do the same and it worked just fine I don't know if this really matters at all just thought you might want to know 

The car and the dev model is beautiful btw

Probably the most detailed Charger I have used. I love the attention to detail, like the high beam wig wags! Makes for the most realistic experience. Thank you and keep up the good work!
