The Headlights of the car is not illuminating and the car dashboard is blank

So, anyone still wondering how to install this into single player? Just download LML a.k.a Lenny's ModLoader and read the directions of where to put the files. Also put the ModManager folder inside the root folder of GTA V where gtav.exe is, then once your five m vehicle is done downloading. Unzip it with whatever zip program you use, my best advice would be 7zip, then extract the files to your desktop or whatever folder you use for downloaded files. After that, then launch ModManager program, and follow the instructions from there. If you future sp downloaders need any more help just ask the creators of LML.
