This Is A must have for any modder do you ever get stuck You download the vehicle sound files from open IV install sirens or any sound mod into the folder and realize it is over 16.0 MB if you put it back and load the game it will stop some sounds like horns and sirens from working for space reasons.

This mod fixes it all if your file size is over 16.0 MB add these files in 1 by one or more than one at a time whatever way you want to until your size is below 16.0 MB

You Will Need to find your siren mod again and install the siren sounds only after installing this because it will reset audio to default
