YOU MUST INSTALL THIS FIRST:

Instructions:
Once you have installed the original vest pack (^), follow this file path (in openIV):
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\
and drag and drop this .ytd into there. you are now done!
I suggest using my quarter-zip jacket which is featured underneath the vest in the screenshots! link is here:
