1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Unmarked [FiveM Ready] 1.0.0

The original base that I used for this car is https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/1970-chevrolet-chevelle-ss.  Now, his base is not as detailed as my final product.  But I may do a release later of my version of the base model as I do have perms to use

Can you make a video on how to install it or put instructions please? I've wanted to download cars with this kind of files but no one gives instructions and I can't find any videos.

For GTA LSPDFR. If it is even possible to have in LSPDFR.

Awesome car man for sure gonna have to give it a try. Would be cool to see maybe a little more subtle lighting like maybe just a single blue and red led in the front and rear(LAPD Slicktop style). Just to keep it that old school/random vibe, I hope you get what I mean. Have a good day. Sick model!

Is there anyway to remove the tint on this vehicle and the glass in not breakable 

I cannot get the lights to work on this vehicle. I installed all the files but when I press Left Thumb, it turns the headlights on and off. The vehicle doesn't seem to be marked as a police vehicle as i cannot blip anyone and the radio still works (left dpad). The only thing I can think of is that I installed the carcols.meta in the wrong location, but no directory was provided so i put mine in mpxmas_604490. Any help is appreciated.
