This mod will make your ELS Lighting a bit more realistic whereas how the lights will reflect off walls, and other surfaces, Also turned up take-downs a bit as some cars have pretty awful visibility.

 

 

Just replace ELS.ini and you're good to go.

 

~~side note~~

This will change any key-binds related to ELS if you have custom ones in. I recommend looking at your current ELS.ini and writing/Copying your current key-binds. 

If you fail to do this, I will not help you get them back.

I'm sure you could find a visual mod for that, nvr is a good one with shaders
