    Isnt sheriff a police force? Just see some real sherif uniforms and learn, fake tie? Watch the original police uniforms , they have a tie, i just changed color.

    Sheriffs and deputies are law enforcement officers, and in some states, the generic term is "police officer". However, they almost never refer to themselves that way: they call themselves deputies and work for the sheriff, as opposed to police officers who work for the police department.
