INSTALLATION


1. Using SparkIV or OpenIV, replace police.wft and police.wtd files in
...Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimagesVehicles.img

2. (NOT NECESSARY) Replace Police2 handling line in
...Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondataHandling.dat
