2. navigate to mods<update<x64<dlcpacks<latest patchday<X64<levels<vehicles.RPF 

3. make sure edit mode is on and drag the 4 files into the vehicles.rpf

4. Install the ELS VCF

I think I fixed the lightbar bug let me know if it still persists. If it does wash your car to fix.

I appreciate the work you put in for awareness of this terrible illness. In terms of the vehicle, only two things I'd really recommend is using 0takus avenger in the dash next them as that has more appropriate mounts for a windshield/dash

2nd thing is the spotlight of which I would recommend sizing down a bit.

Otherwise, I can't see the interior so it looks good.

Thanks I put an interior pic on the file screenshots, I am pretty sure I used otakus avenger I just removed the mount cause it was upside down. Is there any fix for the lightbar dirtmap issiue? And the scaling of the spotlight?

Scale the avengers way up. way too small. re scale spotlight by fresh merge then redo steps
