These are settings for Ultimate Backup that include SWAT, SAHP Special Response Unit, LSPD Tactical squad as well as MP Bunker gear for fire fighters, firefighter first responders in fire t -shirts, EMS characters and investigators for the coroner peds set up by region. I have it set so the LSSD responds as swat in the city, I also have an addon vehicle for my BCSO units which i will link below. Included is also my retexture for the SAHP vest used, the original was marked gang task force.  To add my vest retexture use openIV and go to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>eup>dlc.rpf>x64>eup_componentpeds.rpf>mp_m_freemode_01 then replace the texture in task_diff_007_d_uni.ytd

You should also link the other addon vehicles that are in your files. The rhpolice and hwayb or whatever they were called, since if you dont have those in your game , your lspdfr wont work, i removed these vehicles in the .xml myself but some people might not understand, so it would be a good idea to link the addon rhpolice cars and the addon bike

Those vehicle names are added by LPSDFR EUP Configurations download, not by his. Theres also an issue with the Blaine County agency from that download having RDE specified as the texture dictionary
