THE (INDEPENDENCE DAY 2K LIVERIES ZIP) FOR OPTIMIZED TEXTURE LOADING IN GAME!

Livery Installation Instructions: (MAKE BACKUPs)
    * Take the PNG files from any Livery folder and place them in the cars .ytd in OIV
    * If the Livery Files provided do not match your cars (???_sign_1. Rename the files of the livery to what matches in the cars .ytd

Window (OPTIONAL) Installation Instructions: (MAKE BACKUPs)    
    * Take the PNG files from any Window folder and place them in the cars .ytd in OIV
    * If the window PNG files provided do not match your cars windows file. Rename the window file to what matches in the cars .ytd

Notes:
    If you are using an add-on car PLEASE make sure the vehicles.meta has the line
    FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the FLAGs line. So you can add these as multiple liveries.

    Some models liveries are locked by the creator and may not take liveries.
    Make sure its not a designated Undercover/Unmarked model.
