INSTALLATION
Use OpenIV to import the Files to "/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/" or the last patchday!

INSTALLATION police3.xml
Import the File Riot.xml to "/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default/"
That's all Enjoy it!

If Your windows are black, remember to make sure you have
<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in your vehicles meta as well to prevent the tint issue.

So ever since I installed these vehicles I've been getting nonstop out of memory errors, and it was ONLY after installing and using these vehicles after ... say 5 minutes in game.

oh damn, this shit don't happen in my computer .but i will check it. You can try to copy the “police3_hi.yft” and rename to the “police3”

I actually didn't use the intended slots, I put the unmarked in policeold2 and put the sheriff one in ... well, sheriff. I took OUT the Sheriff one for a while and the out of memory errors were just replaced with normal crashes instead. Don't know what the deal is but sadly won't be using these for a while. Sorry bud, they are good vehicles though.

it is possible to make a chevy impala with a (gumball red or a fireball) on the dashboard, with the two lights square from the crown vic unmarked for the rear police lights ?

im using the NON ELS version and the skin seems to be broken along with the fact im trying to make my own skin for it and what ever i do the car stays black and white
