San Andreas Pack 1.0.0

I'm struggling to get all of these vehicles in my game like a few others. Is there any chance we can get a .oiv version of this pack?

Really like the mirror park livery as it represents the PD where I live at!

It's actually relatively easy to edit the meta, and you don't need the author to post one. Trust me I was like you when I first started off. 

Here's the basic lines you'll need for most (police) vehicles

2016 explorer = GRESLEY

2014/2018/2010 Charger = POLICE2

Crown Victoria = POLICE

2006/201502013 Tahoe = FBI2

Impala = POLICE3

Ford Taurus = POLICE3

Make sure you're ONLY editing the vehicles.meta in update.rpf in openIV In the MODS folder, and make sure ALL vehicle files go into the latest patchday.

Not sure what you mean by "that drag and replace" I added the vehicles, not replaced, however I did solve the issue.  The 3 Paleto Bay vehicle files do not contain textures, when searching in openIV there are no XXX_sign_X Files.  It seems the textures are somehow linked to the .ytf file not the .ytd file.  To solve this I removed the flag: FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the meta file.  I don't know how vehicle modeling works so I have no idea why this is or how it works.

Can someone help me with the installation, I (assume) you have to use OpenIV to put the files into you GTA 5 but cant find my DLCpacks after I've gone into the x64 folder

The vehicles DO have liveries in game, I've gotten them to work myself. Your issue sounds like a pure vehicles.meta issue and glad you solved it - what slot did you even put them in??

1. Your pictures file doesn't open

2. You put the vehicles into your latest patchday found in update > x64 > dlcpacks, you can pick any patchday file FROM 18 AND UP. And yes, you must use OpenIV or you'll just be stuck with an unopenable dlc.rpf.

Using Albo's Modding DLC pack I added the vehicle's - did not replace any slots.

I have another question, the ELS lights aren't working but I still have the textures on the cars and I've put the XML files into the ELS folder.

do you actually have the els.asi and els.ini stuff installed

I see the OpenIV.asi, do you have the other OpenIV thing installed? There's two of them that need installing. Also, if all else fails just reinstall the els.asi and els.ini. 

Oh and also make sure scroll lock on your keyboard is OFF. 

Was expecting something else, but a good mod.

the transit police explorer files are a messed up for me not sure if im the only one experiencing that

I need help..... Both of the Grand Senora cars (charger and FPI) the lightbar is clear. Is there anyway to fix this so that they have the correct colors on the lightbar? If so can someone please tell me. Thank you and it is an amazing pack. 

Can you maKe the auto-installation for this pack?

Just install the vehicles you pick into the latest patrchday and edit vehicles.meta as needed - simple if you know how.

Awesome pack! absolutely nailed it dude

I just have 1 problem and thats the handling. some of the cars just flip over every corner

but im guessing i didnt see the handling or im doing something wrong.

Can you help me out?

Im sorry im a bit new to the meta editing. but if i understand you correctly you want me to put the police3 lines on where i put the impala?

basically,

go into where vehicles.meta is > right click vehicles.meta, CLICK "EDIT", when in, hit ctrl + f at the same time (press crtl first) type the vehicle you wish to change (i.e. police 2 for this example) and depending on the vehicle you put into the slot, in this case chevy impala, replace the handlingline text (which should be police2 unless previously replaced) with police3. 

If this isn't simple enough, there is video tutorials on how to do this as well.

Hey so not saying you're wrong but are there any alternative possibilities? Or do I have to edit handing.meta? cause I used GRESLEY in the Handling ID and my FPIU rolled over hard.

I second this. I have two FPIUs, a FPIS, and a charger from the pack in the game and all of them but the charger have a tendency to barrel roll if I take a turn at high speed. I am also inept at editing META files.
