2019 Virginia State Police Mega Car Pack 1.1

This is fricken amazing! Me living in Va I am so excited to see this absolutely amazing

For the slicktop FPIU, are the rear lights supposed to be blue? Because in game, they change from red, to white and sometimes to green. The front lights, however, are normal.

Great looking pack, been waiting a while for the release. Is there a way you can upload a version of the pack where the vehicles aren't a dlc? I had intentions to use a couple of the cars and then switch them out when I was done. 

Is Virginia really go with red lights in the future?

loving the way the pack looks. i don't have carcols.ymt meta in my file. it only came with carvariations, dlc text, vehicles meta files. am i missing something?

Yeah, Virginia Tech did a study for the VSP and they're changing up their livery and adding red lights to the lightbar

Throw the dlc into a random place in openIV and then extract the cars, rename

Great pack with a lot of variety. The only issue I've noticed so far is on some of the lightbars the right side of the secondary lights flashes in Stg3, while the other side does not. No biggie, just makes the pattern look a bit off.

I love the pack but my textures start missing when I have the vehicles in. + there is some floating glass on the left side of the bike

When I installed I didn’t get a dlc text and I’m not sure where to replace it if anyone can help that would really be appreciate

Are you talking about in the dlclist?

That's an LOD issue I'll but working to fix it.

@Cameron Waller Great pack, tons of variety, just amazing all around. The one and only issue I have, is that on the Unmarked FPIS (Taurus) and the Umarked CVPI (Crown Victoria), and Unmarked Charger when I change slicktop=true to false to allow environmental lighting all around the vehicle instead of just behind it, there is no blue light flooding directly in front of the vehicles. Just the strobes. It's not a huge deal, it just irks me, as I have a thing for Unmarked FPIS's. It doesn't happen with the Slicktop/Unmarked SUVs that I've tested so far either, if that helps.

I'll have to check into that.

Thank you. I did some more testing, and it seems to be an issue with all of the unmarked vehicles in the pack. The slicktops (Motor Unit Tahoes and FPIU/Explorer) are fine. I've seen this before with other packs, and I haven't found many solutions as of yet, and the ones I do know of didn't work here, I.E. various AllowENVlight=true's being set to false, the slicktop=true/false thing I mentioned before. Hopefully you can figure it out, because I love the models and their lighting setups, just that little bug irks me.

When activating spotlights on the Explorer and other models, the lights shine backwards. Can this be fixed?

Try checking the VCF and see if you can fix it that way (the mirror thing), otherwise I'd just disable them in there

Hey im returnig from a long time of not modding gtav, im a bit confused on how to install the dlc part of the pack and cant get it to work. any help would be appreciated im not completely clueless on how to install mods just not used to this and i cant find any videos on how to do it, thanks!

I looked and most of my ELS VCF files have mirrored as true, but they don't have the issue.

can u up date one of ur car els it virginia state police cat 2019 mod i like to get it to work on my lspdfr im from virginia  i hop u can do it for me thak u can u fix me a car for me thak u

Can you please add a version where there are individual car files instead of a whole dlc pack. I would like to use it with other cars and the screenshots and I live in Virginia and they look exactly the same. I'm also really glad you included all of the motor carrier safety units but it would be amazing if i could add them individually.
