I'm pretty sure it works for all cars. But I'm the wrong person to talk to, I never had any lighting problems with my CHP packs. Contact the creator of that mod.

Is there a variant of the non-slicktop that's polar?

You can extract the white texture from the slicktop and put it on the Liberty version

I wouldn't do that, the roof number position on the slicktops is different.

I won't say no, it's just unlikely.

Does anyone know or explain how I can fix this "issue(?)"? Because I have everything installed correctly, even the ELS 1.05 mod (This is on all the chargers no matter if slicktop or with lightbar

Install RadianceV: 

And make sure to turn your " Post FX " settings to high.

You also need particle settings, maybe shader settings and one other Im pretty sure.

I'll be trying with radiance also, in regards of the CHP Sirens, Are they supposed to be installed as xml files or not really?

They are indeed high and so the shade settings, I may show a screenshot if needed.

BTW, Got RadianceV but the ELS isn't working, and the lights are just as "components" is there anything I'm doing wrong

Make sure ELS actually works, and don't forget to put the XML files into the right folder:

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Hi, relatively off topic but do you plan on doing any LAPD/LASD stuff or any other California related vehicles? You did such a good job on this and the vic.

Hell yeah! I have a entire save game dedicated to California, LA and Ventura County to be exact. It's gonna be great to have good LAPD and LASD vehicles, more LASD vehicles but I bet your LAPD ones will be better than the ones I use currently.

Thanks! I don't really know, I might work on other CHP cars in the future.

Install everything again, follow the installation instructions in the readme and don't change anything.

where is that readme? Also, here's a screencap of the file locations in where I have the ELS Configs

The readme is one of the first things you see when you open the rar file.

If you have everything installed correctly, and I think you have, then ELS is the problem. Install it again, it's probably not working.

Weird, I don't see the readme. this rar was not modified to delete the readme
I hope my ELS mod version is the one culprit on my end

Love the chp cars you made and the other car which was hawthorn the cvli love them hopefully LASD cvpis are next:)
