Yet another siren, this time it's a Vcon since we don't have enough of those on here. Enjoy!

If you don't know how to install this siren either A: Google it, or B: Do what i do and use the modern siren pack's vehicles folder, drop the files in the folder then drag the oac into my resident.rpf.
