AHA! I FINALLY FIXED IT! I re-installed the data files into the locations, and put the carvariations in both mpluxe2 and into mpchristmas2, which did the trick!!

I have a feeling it was you putting the file into mpchristmas2. Like I said, I was having the same issue after the last patch (not 11 DEC patch) with my ELS Hybrid pack.  Glad you got it working though!

All the vehicles work awesome except the FPIS, the lightbar turns on but doesn't rotate like the rest of them. The FPIU and Chargers lightbars work fine which make me think it may be a bug with the vehicle itself. Anyone else have or fix this problem?

That means either the carcols was not installed correctly or the Carvariations.meta is not being read correctly.

I installed both of them correctly so what should i do if its not being read correctly?

Try placing the carvariations file in mpchristmas2 instead of mpluxe2

I love this pack, but I have one pretty big issue with it. It doesn't seem to want to cooperate with Natural Vision Remastered too well. Basically my issue is that if I install the provided files, the lens flares in my game will be absolutely ridiculous taking up the entire screen during night-time. To fix this issue, I install the optional add-on that comes with NVR which removes vehicle coronas. The problem is that once I install that add-on, the lightbars stop working on these LSMPD vehicles. Some of the lights on the lightbars still rotate and light up while the ones in the middle of the lightbar either don't rotate or don't light up at all. Any idea how I can make both NVR and this pack run properly at the same time? The NVR add-on is an automatic OpenIV install package, so I don't know what files it actually changes, which doesn't exactly help.

Greetings all! Great pack, followed the instructions to a tee and all the rotors and lights work perfectly, love the reflective paint liveries as well!

I just had one question regarding the Police Explorer Interceptor, I think its named police3. I noticed the vehicle doesn't handle like the original police3 vehicle for gta v, it handles more like an SUV should and while I appreciate the realism, how would I go about changing that back to how the default vehicle handles? Would that be carvariations or handling or vehicles meta files? Or would that potentially ruin the rotor light bar?

Hey, I am making a Nevada based FiveM server and I would love to add these cars. But my server runs on non ELS vehicles, so i was wondering if you can make a non ELS version of this vehicle pack please?

My lights on my car sit facing forward and do not spin? What could be the cause? Disregard, wrong carvar replaced.

None of the rotators work : ( There just seems to be an overlay flashing over it, but it still emits light. I was hoping this pack would work, as I love rotators. 

Hello, I was wondering if the center rotation light is working like its supposed to. It doesn't look right, can you confirm if it is working or not working correctly?  If its not working correctly, can you show me how to fix this? Thank you.

Have you tried redownloading and replacing the carcols and carvariations files? The ones you have currently installed could be broken or something, idk just a thought. Also make sure you replaced the correct ones.

Yeah I have. Iv tried 3 different Carlos so far. I think may have to edit it but I'm not sure where. Thank you for the reply I really appreciate it. I'll keep trying tho....
