Instructions:

Spoiler

Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.

Go to the following path:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday19ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Drag and drop the vehicle files

Go to the following path:

mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

Right click the vehicles.meta, and extract it to your desktop to create a backup.

Drag and drop the provided vehicles.meta.

Go to the following path:
Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Drag and drop the provided ELS VCF.XMLs. Replace any conflicting files.

Amazing car, miss seeing this (civilian version) drive around my town, lol.

Can we get a marked/slicktop version without runners?

Can we get a civilian version?

This is just the car I want for stake out calls because it blends SO WELL.

There is already a civilian version on GTA5-Mods. I will see about making one without runners 😉

So this isnt letting me upload a picture but when i downloaded it the lights and all worked but on certain angles, the car would change color/texture 🤨. Idk if thats something just on my end but i love GTO's so id love to use it. Other than that i love all the lights and it's really something different 👍

Did you install it in the latest patchday? Did you make it an add on? Which car are you using? I tested this out in game and it works flawlessly, aside from the dials

ok so i made it smaller and i installed it perfect just like every other vehicle. lol on certain angles i get this

That’s certainly interesting. What’s weird is that it’s almost like there’s an underlying texture under the livery. Open a trainer and set the color to black?

yea i tried that. It may somehow be linked to window tint because thats when it would get better or worse, but i just cant escape it or get it to like me lol.

Been using this for a while. Love both versions!

Only thing I'd ask for is a version without side runners.

Also just a small texture issue in the front fog lights.
Don't really notice unless you're taking photos of the car.

im wondering, how can i change it to FBI slot?
I have every other car occupied except for Police4 and FBI(1) and FBI(2). I can't find good cars made for those slots in particular and all of the cars i want have the "Vehicles.meta" so if i install one, i can't install the other one because of that. So how do i change it to another slot?

Rename it to whatever slot you want and change the meta accordingly!
