Instructions:
Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
Go to the following path:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday19ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Drag and drop the vehicle files
Go to the following path:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Right click the vehicles.meta, and extract it to your desktop to create a backup.
Drag and drop the provided vehicles.meta.
Go to the following path:
Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
Drag and drop the provided ELS VCF.XMLs. Replace any conflicting files.
Enjoy!
