Since NOOSE is based on the federal Department of Homeland Security, it shouldn't say S.A, since San Andreas is a state. NOOSE is federal, and it should, thus, say U.S. National Office of Security Enforcement.

I just did that to imply that this was the San Andreas Branch, but if there's enough demand I can add US versions too.

It replaces the livery in the .ytd file of the various vehicles in the "recommended vehicles" dropdown.

It would be amazing if you could make this into a model mod, not just texture. Had been looking for NOOSE Vehicles, but unable to find it. Thank you for the info by the way

Reason why we can't make it as a model mod is because we don't own the rights to the models because we didn't make them. If you want to know why he didn't make models, it's because that's expensive and difficult.
