Hey,

I made this livery for the Swift Helicopter by Cj24. The livery is based on the helicopters in the duty of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department. The libery bears GTA IV-specific things, like a (modified) Liberty City Port Authority emblem. The livery is compitable with GTA IV and EFLC.

Everything else you can see in the attached readme file. I hope you will like it.
